I quite agree to a point but all relgions put the far of GOD into there congregation I wish JW s would not be so pacifist but they do not preach war the BIBLE as we know was written by JEHOVAH thru man I MUST ADMIT i f I HAD followed its teachings I might have been a better person so come back an like me sing some happy songs we all only have one life an no rehearsals but being guided by the good book it stops us from wasting our life on the bad things init you do not live for ever but believing in JEHOVAH WE WILL .

A JW is taught that to live is perverse.

The society teaches that one who dances reeks of perversion, that watching a non condoned movie is perverse, that dating is perverse, that sex is perverse, that thinking is perverse, that taking a vacation is perverse, that spending Saturday morning relaxing and reading the paper is perverse...that living in this beautiful world is perversion at it's best.

The JW's teach that perversion = evil = every single person who is not a believer in their organization.

JW's are the unhappiest people on earth because they cannot feel joy for the now ....they have to save it up for the tommorrow that is never going to come.

If we really believe in evil - those that preach darkness without light - you need only sit inside a KH to witness it. sammieswife.

This is so true. They have no idea how to enjoy life NOW. My "worldly" husband thinks my parents (and others) stick with the religion because they are afraid of dying. They have a chance of NEVER dying, so they stick with it.
