Weird; I had chrome work out-of-the-box on sites with flash.

It's no big deal at all. Just download it, and zip, it works.
Damn, it's great. IE used to crash on me daily. This works flawlessly so far.

Shamus, not to defend IE...cause it really is a POS.... but usually the only reason IE or Firefox crash is because of addons/extensions. Since Chrome does not support those, it can stay rock solid.

I had been using Firefox for a couple of years (pre v1.0) on the PC
Then we got a MacBook, and I was swapping between FF and Safari on the Mac. Pretty soon I was using Safari exclusively on the Mac.
Then I was using Safari on the PC (very fast and nice), but tried Chrome when it was released. Currently, Safari is my default on Mac and Chrome is default on PC.
If/when Google releases Chrome for Mac, I will likely experience a gut wrenching decision, once again. Choice is wonderful, but frustrating!

the flash message pops up it cant download while chrome is running?...i already have it on my computer...so i close chrome and re-load it...it seems like it needs to be part of chrome.....i may uninstall chrome...and reload it.....oompa
