Well Doe that meal covers the fat, starch, and alcohol in your diet
The only thing missing that would make it a square meal is a salt lick.

If you really want to go all out, get out your Frydaddy filled with extra virgin corn oil. Heat is up, then grab a stick of butter from the refrigerator. Dip the butter in Coca Cola and roll it in corn meal. Throw it in the fryer for about 5 minutes, pull it out and enjoy. Goes well with some cocanut milk.

I'm glad you went with the salmon.
For supper (hey. this is the South land) we have leftover cornbread, whiting fish sauteed in canola oil with green peppers, onions, and red sauce. I would have used an entire bulb of garlic if I could remember what I did with it.
We're topping it off with mothers-to-be tea. I got it at Big Lots for a steal. Shut your mouth, John Doe!
