Choice one is salmon steak, orzo with olive oil and garlic, and either broccoli or green beans sauteed in olive oil and garlic with a few carrot slices.
Get some REAL fish like Trout or Red Snapper. Maybe some Catfish or Bass. I say, the green beans (fresh & Asian w/lemon) along with the carrot slices. Mind you, i love broccolli. Learn to cook other fish also. I have eaten all of them this week. How about Perch? Yeah, I know .... bones, but its a sweet fish and very good.
Leave the boring stuff (salmon) alone. Bears need to eat too. Explore your options. Live life!!!!
