I would NEVER go back ! That being said - I'd still torment my family calling them periodically just to show them I don't do the shunning thing. I would never recognize their supposed " right " to shun me. Daddy don't play those games. I would just be authentic with my parents and explain to them they are being controlled by a " mind controlled cult " if they started shunning me. If the WT society tried pulling this stunt you are talking about - believe me - my family would get an earful from me. Whether they wanted to hear it or not. I'm kind of a bulldog like that.
