It wouldn't surprise me if the knights of the round table (the politicains) were sitting around discussing ways of legitimately keeping most of that money.

I have to wonder if California suspended all services for illegals and I mean ALL services if they couldn't get back in the black in a few years or would the difference really be that much?
Republicans would have you believe that they would be back in the black in a week, democrats say that it would only say $12.93 a year... I can't help but wonder who is right and who is full of shit?
Say if someone showed up in the ER they had to have a valid drivers licence or they were turned away. No public school. No welfare. No NOTHING... How much would the savings really be?
