I would make the effort to find out what the family really enjoys doing. As well as what you really enjoy doing. This sounds like a classic case of religious-induced stagnation, and the longer the family is in the Washtowel Slaveholdery, the worse it is going to get. They are trying to tie you up with boasting sessions and field circus all the time, so you will not be able to find your deepest root of motivation. And from what you have said, they have done a pretty good job of doing just that.

That means it's going to take a lot of effort. What do you like to watch on YouTube the most? Make a list of everything you see on YouTube, not counting things like porn and religious videos that expose the Washtowel Slaveholdery. List things you like to find on YouTube--again not counting porn and the like--whether or not you find them. List what general topics you like to spend the most time on. If you find you likd a certain type of sites and subject matter more than other things, you can start digging deeper in that subject.

What have you done during the past 2 years when you had free time? Chances are, it is mostly field circus, boasting sessions, or posting on forums. What you are looking for is the odd time when you found something to do that was unusually fun, and left you upbeat for even a short time. Now, the question--what stopped you from continuing it? (Chances are, work, the hounders, or money is the answer.) If you re-visit web sites that pertain to that interest, and you find yourself spending a lot of time there, it might be a good idea to start a hobby in that area (again, I am excepting things like porn). Notably, this is probably going to be extremely difficult because the Washtowel Slaveholdery just about bans making exceptions for the boasting sessions and field circus, so people are never going to find anything like this.

The real problem is that you are probably going to have to keep it hidden from family (which is the prime reason why you should exclude religious forums and web sites from the list). Even simple interests are going to be viewed as conflicting with the washtowel. And especially science related--once you get into science and the hounders find out, you are going to have to explain to them why you are getting into a field that could clash with Washtowel doctrines. They could then keep harassing you about whether you believe the Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger or science. And once you start pursuing an activity that is not field circus related, they are going to start hounding you about why you are not out in field circus more.

As for getting your family out, they are pretty much brainwashed into staying in. They think of it as wrong to find activities that would keep them out of field circus or make them miss boasting sessions. Any temptation you offer for them to find something that motivates them even more than the Washtowel Slaveholdery will be viewed as coming from Satan.

The only way out could be that you have to bite the bullet, lose the children (yes, in a separation, they will give the children to the witless parent due to the lies that the witless parents are ordered to tell in court, and the fact that children are programmed to give worldly ambitions instead of the pio-sneer and Beth Hell careers as at the Grand Boasting Sessions), and start from scratch. Hopefully, you can point out in court that the Washtowel Slaveholdery is full of pedophiles, and that they lie to make themselves look good (give pertinent web sites that contain actual case histories). And hope for the best.

You could have a great influence on your wife and kids as head of the family. But you must get yourself together first by treating your depression with counseling and perhaps medicine.
