What I have come to learn now is I knew almost nothing about the Bible.

I recall a Baptist minister's son telling me in school one day, "you're not examining the context of those Scriptures". He was absolutely right.

JWs can run rings around people who don't know their Bible well. JWs have a signficantly harder time with people who do know their Bible. Principle: It's easier winning an argument when your "opponent" is ignorant. Whether this is a compliment about your depth of knowledge or learning is an entirely different question.
