I try and follow the Holy Spirit's prompts. My flesh wants to get into debate with some or worse but I am learning to turn away :)

And yes, I have been baptized into the Spirit, but the Christian walk is new to me, and the flesh is weak.

I every morning pray Jehovah God give me holy spirit that it might calm down me during the day. I have remarked that it helps a lot.
