His mother is my daughter. She was raised a jw, but left along with me...she was in her mid teens.

And also... just a suggestion for the website... if someone could just click a button to donate, that would bring in a LOT more funding, I should think! Could you suggest they put a PayPal donation button on the "how you can help" page? I seriously think that would help.

Can you imagine if he was a dub kid and was being encouraged not to go to college?
Quandry, can you imagine if he was a Dub kid and was told not to do the walk because his time would be better spent out in Field Service, since Jehovah is going to solve all of the world's problems soon?
If nothing else, this boy is a walking, talking example of how JW children's potential is crushed. Just imagine if his mother and grandmother hadn't left the Borg. This incredible boy would probably be an auxiliary pioneer rather than really doing something that will change the world for the better.
