  Have resided in none. My family came from eastern Europe. many generations in my family come from there.

  Visited many of the countries you listed Canada (several times a year, because of my residence), UK, France, Italy and Germany 5 times and carry on business there several times a year! I interface with many in these countries as much as many talk to there neighbors.

  So if your point is to say I dont prefer these countries instead of the United States of America because I haven't been there, don't go there because I have.

  I respect your opinions....respect mine!
