I think people are being unfairly harsh on african GB. I've seen this in the past on this forum and frankly I find it to be rather ugly.
Who cares if we have a troll or two here. Don't read their posts if it bothers you--I do the same with people who annoy me.
I think it should be against forum rules to start posts accusing someone of being a troll or telling them to stop posting.
He starts topics about rumors he's heard and usually frames it as such, yet he's branded as a lying troll.
He starts topics about real experiences that are quite normal and unremarkable.
He starts topics about silly things in a half-joking manner, a la "badboy" [who also does it in an entirely joking manner], and he's labeled a troll. (Personally I did this for years and found it very healing to be able to finally-for the first time in my entire life-laugh at jws instead of crying.)
In one of the threads someone mentioned that he comes from a culture that includes a lot of storytelling. Maybe we are looking at him through Anglo lenses.
As always, if I'm wrong, I'll gladly re-evaluate my premises.
