  Actually I just heard a program on this yesterday Ziddina. It's worse yes, but it's not too late. The biggest problem is as you said, we still have people in authority who are trying to deny this. This will only waste time on something we should have been aggressively addressing a long time ago.

  True, the earth is warming up. But, I remember that it was even warmer during the First Dark Ages than it is now--Greenland was inhabited. Plus, I don't see how on Earth we could possibly be warming Mars up.

  Getting back into 'normal' mode.... I'm a member of the SCA - Society for Creative Anachronism. An historical research society/club; they initially started (on Berkely Campus, Sou. Calif., 1969 or thereabouts) as a Medieval European research/re-enactment club. It's expanded to become a world-wide organization; since the focus is on European history between the years of 750 A.D. and 1600 A.D., it includes a LOT of info about the 'Black Plague(s)"...
