There is no god out there intent on bringing destruction to mankind. It's a fairy tale.

According to the Washtowel Slaveholdery, Armageddon will happen in phases. First, the world leaders will declare peace and security (which, according to my estimation, is going to be quite a while because they are going to have to quit initiating force, threats of force, and/or fraud for it to happen, and they are moving in the opposite direction). Once peace and security is declared, all religion except Jehovah's Witlesses is going to be destroyed by the governments (how can that happen if initiatory force and fraud are disallowed, which is necessary before peace and security can be declared?).

Once that happens, the governments are going to go after Jehovah's Witlesses. After an unspecified amount of time, this Great Tribulation will be cut short, perhaps with hail weighing 96 pounds a stone or with fissures in the earth opening (or both). This is supposed to start on the whole planet all at once, and only Jehovah's Witlesses are supposed to be left behind.

I think anyone that has been to enough boasting sessions knows that this is how it's supposed to happen. However, I do not believe that it is possible--if initiatory force or fraud is banned to start peace and security, the governments will not ban religion. And, if such force and fraud is tolerated to get rid of religions, that would preclude true peace and security. What I think is more plausible is the governments banning initiatory force or fraud (fat chance), peace and security coming as a consequence of that ban, and then religions just going belly up. From there, it would be up to us, the people, to create our own paradise on earth without any help from any Almighty Lowlife Scumbag that would only usurp the benefits of living in that paradise.

There will be a silent army killing all the non-conformists while everyone else is out and about rioting about the political goings-on.

When the silent army has swept away the church dissidents and stopped all the complainers and apostates, then the people will say it was " the hand of god" that wiped them out.

When people are discovered suddenly missing, the christian fanatics will say they were "raptured out".

Men do the killing; god gets the credit.

I'm not sure if it will start all at once. I DO know, however, (from actual pictures in The Orange Book) that all children who fidgeted at the Kingdom Hall and pinched their little brother making him cry out disturbing the entire congregation will be swallowed up by a humongous crack that will open up in the ground. This will be just the start of Armageddon.

NT - Rev has "fire" as the source of destruction but the WTS has always shown pictures of people being sucked up by earthquakes. Kinda like a Sodom and Gomorrah type deal but world-wide.
