yearbook p.8 says Watchtower.com "94 persons a day submit: Would you welcome a visit? In 2008 audio versions of publications were made avalible in 17 languages...there are many examples of people who looked up "Jehovah's Witnesses" on the net and came into the truth, but how many do you think have joined up here? And how many have left the truth due to the net......I have!
The Watchtower society is cashing in on the net!
I wonder how many are real and not people from JWD putting on bogus names?

If it is such a hit they should be able to just do away with the D2D street canvassing work altogether.
Moshe, they can't do away with the D2D. If they did, that would give the JDubs time to surf the net themselves and find out the truth about "The Truth"!

I am actually surprised they mentioned it in the yearbook.
Once someone gets the 'internet demunz' stirred up, you never know what sites he might visit. I might have never gotten out of that filthy little cult had it not been for the internet. You can bet that more than a few Jw's will take the open boasting there as an invitation to take a look. Gee - what might happen if they actually type in "Jehovah's Witnesses" in a search engine?
I just did that.
Result: 1,690,000 hits. Other than two 'official' sites listed on the first page, I would assume the other 1,689,998 are less favorable to that nasty little religion.

I was at the Circuit Assembly a few weeks ago and the speaker said Watchtower.org gets 3,000 hits a day, "and everyone who visits finds a wealth of encouragement". My wife and I laughed at that one.
What? Like you'd expect them to admit, "Witness official website is a huge flop! Opens the door for apostate exposure!" Yeah, and they'll admit "2/3 of JW children leave the church." Or, "This year our Grand Increase is slightly more than the general population growth!"
We're talking about a publishing company that commends themselves for being the only True Religion!
They're knee-deep in their own crap and think it's chocolate pudding.

Type in "Watchtower" or "Jehovahs Witnesses" and a HUGE amount of Apostate knowledge comes up.......thats how I learnt the truth about the truth.
It's probably all issued from the same person in the same KH and one elder is making all the calls counting all the time and all the studies....I smell a scam.
