The only thing that comes close to B5 is the latest incarnation of BattleStar Galactica.

    Fracking A right!

I saw it last nite and was a bit disappointed. The young Captain Kirk is annoying and hopeless...nothing like William Shatner. Bones, Uhuru and Spock are all good though. The special effects were magnificant but the story was stupid. And they tried too much silly humour.

I'm a fan from waaaay back. Watched the originals as a little girl, mom said I was weird. Snuck it when TNG was on with its demonized telepath. Watched it religiously as an adult. Married a Trekkie. We've visited the Trek museum together. :)

I remember missing Thursday night meetings quite often to stay home and watch the original Star Treks......I didn't care much for Deep Space Nine although there were a couple of good episodes:

    1. Trials and Tribble-ations, where they go back in time to "the Trouble with Tribbles" from the original episode
    2. Little Green Men, where 3 Ferengis end up going back in time to Roswell New Mexico in July 1947.

I loved Q in TNG and could never figure out why he was never in any of the movies.

Mary, Q was in Voyager a lot, too.

Yadda, Young Kirk grew on me at the end but I found young Spock to be the most interesting character.

Keyser Soze ~ yeah! Battlestar Gallactica Rocks!

Leolia, Love the Doctor Who! Especially with Christopher Eggleston!

Gotta go put my little geeks to bed, because you know little Geeks grow into big Geeks.

We took the boys to both movies (I know they are MR/DD but they are 13 and 18) and the 13 year old came out of Wolverine saying, "Wolvering Cut Up!" They are still boys, mental retardation or no.
