I have lost Annmarie ( daughter)to the WT

Heather ( grand-daughter) to the WT.
All my wonderful friends that I truly loved( to the WT)
They used to call me "MUM" & "Granny"
Besides Alan my son in death,(not a JW.) Melanie( daughter) died
Faith ( daughter) in death,...

But you lot got resurrected from "hell"( WT) & became
my family .... Thanks all of you

My entire social network of Jw's. Friends I had had for well over 35 years in many cases.
My MIL, SIL's, BIL's from my wife's side of the family.
My very best friend of over 35 years - who is also my cousin.

All of them 5 years ago when I left the Jw's.

I lost everyone I had counted as a "friend" for over thirty years...all my adult life.How many came to my home for book studyor get togethers.

How many did I give rides to or pick up their kids from here or there, or watch their kids, or take food to?

My family was not witnesses, in fact, viewed them as a cult....now, as some mentioned, you can't just run to them and say, "Hi, what's been happening for the last thirty years? Let's get together now."

I guess I"m blessed.

I contacted cousins and family I only knew from meeting once or twice and they said, "Good, we've been waiting for you!" They had been sending Christmas and birthday cards my whole childhood....none of which I received, of course.
