The Holy Spirit certainly has nothing to do with any of you being appointed....
but the Holy Spirit DOES have EVERYTHING to do with you getting out of there!
Truth and integrity is more important to you than anything else. I think that is the evidence of having Holy Spirit.
I think it's a strong character that gets a person out. No Holy Spirit necessary.
