I think he would be better off with eggnog (with all the lecithin and choline removed) made with partially hydrogenated soybean oil, turkey deep fried with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (and containing monosodium glutamate in every form I can put in it), stuffing with added hydrolyzed vegetable protein and partially hydrogenated soy oil, and some mincemeat pie with a crust with lots of partially hydrogenated soy oil and as much monosodium glutamate as I can put in the filling. To go along with it, he deserves a nice big Christmas tree, with Christmas songs going full blast.
As for reading material, I suggest a copy of The God Virus so he can feel even more guilty for having used religion to ruin lives. All the while, the hope is to run up such a huge medical bill that the Worldwide Pedophile Defense Fund will be totally wiped out.
