Me thinks the GB is afraid that we won't listen to them if we are all busy fucking or playing with ourselves.
Which is true. Now where are my batteries?

That stuff about sex and masturbation is so laughable.
I would like to see the question that people ask " if masturbation is wrong how come walruses and rabbits do it?"

"Young people ask" ..What a load of horse shit............. I doubt the the WBT$ asked any young people, what they would like to ask..They just wrote a crap book..Then WBT$ told young people what they are going to ask, then wrote answers to thier own questions.......................Typical WBT$ style...................................OUTLAW

Yeah, I was gonna ask.........
Why are all the hot guys too worldly? I could give you the canned answer. Space open in the Writing Department? It would help me pass my time.

Hmm. I'm glad I was in the earlier generation - the orange/peach "Paradise" book... Seems that I remember some book after that... Early to mid '60's... Turquoise blue???
Anyway, my favorite books were the NON-WTBTS 12-volume "Children's Encyclopedia", which contained all sorts of references to fairies, folklore tales, scary stories, and one of my favorite poems, "The Wind and The MOON".
I just happen to still have that set of encyclopedias...
Here's the poem:
The Wind and The Moon
Ah, never mind.... I'd be too far off-topic if I posted that. Suffice it to say that I read William J. Whalen's [expose' by a Catholic layman] book, "Armageddon Around the Corner" when I was 9 or 10, "Moby Dick" when I was 10 or 11, and multiple WWII books between the ages of 10 and 13... WTBTS books faded to a pale ghost in comparison with those other books... Zid

I would say the Watchtower book Young People Ask is dull to read and overall not practical for today's young people.
Just as one example, in their propaganda they stifle young people who would make great doctors, teachers and lawyers.
The agenda throughout is that youth should be wasted used to further their proselytizing efforts.
I would prefer to read this with my kids as they get older and material becomes more relevant.

You know parts of it (the Youth book-red) were. But I could DEFINITELY have done without all the sexual prudishness. It really messed with my head and still does occasionally. There are many better ways to educatea young person than those books. BTW-I love the Seven Habits book. I'd never heard of this one for teens. I want to read it and if it looks good, let my daughter read it.

I was 12 when this book came out. There are some good chapters in there, but the one on just walking away from a fight doesn't always have the desired outcome.
The chapters on loneliness were interesting but that didn't help with my situation - you can't make people like you at the end of the day.
