I used to like the pop music in the 1980s, as well as from the late 1960s and through the 1970s. Due to my going into the witlesses, I was exposed to less during the late 1980s and into the 1990s, and I do not like what CrapChannel did to the radio stations (and hence, pop music) during the 2000s. (Though I still like that gangsta rap, which is largely independent of the radio.) And, now that I have found that heavy metal and thrash metal that the witlesses hate so much in the 1980s, I find that to be enjoyable, too.
Of all the 1980s music, the Sing Praises to Jehovah book contains the only pieces that are absolutely wretched. They totally lack quality, and they give horrible advice. Everything else is acceptable, especially whatever the Washtowel Slaveholdery hates.
