my reply: Correct...which disqualifies the majority of JWs. We are baptized into Christ- not a denomination, or a slef-proclaimed "God's spirit-directed org"

one aspect of the Holy Spirit is "power"...power to be witnesses of Jesus to the nations...luke 24:44-49.
I recently read a book that discussed the INFLUENCE of the Holy Spirit on the prophets of the OT and the NT believers and apostles. If you can find it, it's interesting...remember Elijah?, Ezekiel?...they were influenced by the Holy Spirit too...
