Hint of lime, even when you buy for a family....I've thrown out more stuff than I care to admit!!!! Too many bananas, strawberries, lettuce, etc., etc.,

If you can't freeze the extra stuff.....forget it. Money down the drain.

I don't usually go for the twofer deals...unless it's something I use regularly.

Where's the deal in getting 8 ice cream cones for 4.39 when I wouldn't have bought them to begin with at 6.49? There's where they get you. They make it cheap enough that people just can't pass it up.

I sometimes do the grocery shopping. I make a list and I stick to it, for the most part. I go, I find, I buy, I leave. I can get in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes...and I didn't make any impulse buys...usually. Sometimes I get hooked on something, but it's the exception rather than the rule. Beer and wine sales are my weakness.

Restrangled...It's all your fault!

After reading this, I went out and bought the 8 pack of nutty buddy ice creams. (no 2fer deal where I am) Anyway, I packed them into the freezer of my refrigerator. It took the last bit of space.

Now my ice cube thingy has quit working.

I so hoped this thread would have gone the way of disappearing into the archives, but apparently no dice. My stupidity with numbers is destined to follow me into the depths of grocery shopping hell.

So to add to this, I went back today and they were back in stock , so I buy the 2 for 4.39. Which I wouldn't have done but had to make up for the error of buying 8 for 6.49 two days ago....that and my fellas ate all 8 the same night!
