Learning 25 years after the fact about his ouster from Bethel, I have to say that the outrage I felt over the entire sordid affair was the tipping point for me.
Yes, I had a similar experience in the early '90s when they ousted my uncle. Just one more nail in the JW coffin for me. This couldn't be God's organization as he was such a gentle and loving man. And he loved God with his whole being.
