Whole roast chicken from Costco. Breast slices.

Green salad with everything - baby lettuces, cukes, tomatoes, red onion, beans (such as kidney), avo if you got, Italian dressing.

A slice of whole-grain slathered in pesto garlic butter toasted.

    A crisp chard.

No cooking except the toaster oven.

Now, for a WW fudge bar.

I'll tell you what I made tonight. I rotisseried a turkey breast my brother in law gave me. Just put some Lemon, pepper, Lawry's seasoned salt, and garlic salt on it and cooked it. Came out pretty good--just had a sandwich.

Ok, you've all been awesome, and as I've said before, I wish this kind of thread could be ongoing, it would really help.

I ended up with a huge salad of Romaine, red bell pepper, green onion, tomato, artichoke heart, white kidney beans and blue cheese. With, Linguine with fresh tomatoes, caramelized tiny dice onions, pressed raw garlic, fresh herbs (basil and oregano from my garden), crumbled bacon and permesan. Oooh and cracked black pepper over all.

Sounds like entirely too many vegetables. What's an artichoke? Isn't that what happens when your cholesterol gets too high?

ha Doe, you need someone to tie you up and feed you veggies until you give up.

rosemary salmon is quick and easy:

brush olive oil on the filet and sprinkle with freshly ground rosemary. Cook at 400 degrees for a couple of minutes. Serve with watermelon/pineapple salad, homemade bread and a white wine
