When you faded, were you still apprehensive about whether it was the Truth or not?
Not for a minute. The only thing that made me apprehensive was how I was going to disentangle myself from my dub family and friends.
Those who were raised in the cult from birth have the hardest time leaving, IMO. I was lucky -- I was 12 when my family got snared by the cult. I had many good memories of a normal, happy childhood. Even as a dub teenager, I knew that our neighbors and pre-dub friends did not just suddently become "evil." Those born in don't have that perspective.
