Second try.....
Here is a resized version of a certificate recently online at http://www.bomford.net/worcestershire/images/DavidJeffreyBomfordBirthCertDoc65.jpg:
Compare with the WND (ORLY?) fake:
Notice the many similarities between the two of them:
- 7s 6d No. 495 on the top line
- CERTIFIED COPY OF REGISTRATION OF BIRTH
- DISTRICT OF X 5733
- Number of Previous Issue Deceased: nil
- G.F. LAVENDER / E.F. LAVENDER
- J.H. MILLER / M.H. MILLER
- Book 44B, Page 5733
- 11th Day of June, 1964 / 17th Day of February, 1964
Finally, the Internet Archive shows that while the image itself is not cached, the link to the Bomford JPG was in place in October 2006, long before the "birther" meme started:

BTW, the site owner has already taken down the original photo and now has taken down the http://www.bomford.net/worcestershire/treeannotated.htm page. I still have it loaded in a tab in my browser and the site owner wrote:
10d I0543 David Jeffrey Bomford , b 10 April 1959 at Adelaide, m 28 Nov 1981 at Somerton Park, South Australia I0546 Amanda Jane Sandover, b 1959, and had issue [an image of David's birth certificate has been removed from the website temporarily as at 4 August 2009 as the site has a limited download capacity. This information is all over the interwebs at the moment.
