September 1978 at a circuit assembly in Janesville,Wisconsin assembly hall. The next weekend my boyfriend and I were engaged .We had to wait until I was officially dunked before we could get engaged . I was seventeen .

I used to go to Hay's Bridge a lot
Although not in 1987, as that was the year i was born
I was baptised in 1962 at the Circuit assembly held at the small sea-side town of Hastings (think 1066)
The Dubs hired a hall out on the Pier,and so were "all at sea"
the baptism was held at a local publc bathing facility,and it was inside in a very warm bath ! most welcome as it was in October and damned cold outside ! I was 12 years old.
