Ignore EVERYTHING that's going on in life, ignore when brothers do bad things, ignore any information contrary to what JWs believe, ignore any doubts you might have.

Another brother was tortured and vomited blood for 90 days, but he kept his integrity and prayed that the other brothers being held would

I continue to be amazed that these goobers just don't get it, with accounts like this.
This kind of thing is horribly demoralizing to the hundreds of thousands of JWs suffering from various illnesses, physical, mental, and emotional.
The unstated but very plain implication is, "If Brother X vomited blood for 90 days, what's your excuse for not showing up? Do you vomit blood? Have you had cancer for 17 years? No? Well, why the $#%F aren't you at every meeting then? Hmm? What's your problem, sister? You must lack appreciation for spiritual things!"

Um....I'm calling bullshit on this one. Vomiting blood for 90 days? My first question is: When he first started vomiting blood, why didn't someone take him to the hospital? My second thought is: Wouldn't he be dead long before he hit 90 days of vomiting blood?
