I'm not disturbed by that too. Though I don't really believe you want to be a full-fledged man. Me thinks you wanted badly to be a full-fledged WT pawn. You're letting these "elders" jerk you around by the nose and ignore your pleas for help and to top it off you take it and believe with all your heart that you can't live without these "elders". How is that being a man?
