Hon, just gut that thing (shouldn't be difficult) hose it out, and fill it up with some decent food!!! After making sure you have paper towels down in the veggie drawers.

Piece of cake. I have cleaned waaaaay worse. Bleach. Easy. I'd have that whole thing done is less than 10 minutes and you wouldn't recognize it. But you'd have to pay me! NOT!

I would try to buy a new fridge rather than clean it!!!!!
Seriously I would takeeverything out of that fridge and hose it down outside or soak it in bleach water in the bathtub.
Clean all the sides of the fridge before you put it all back together
buy a pitcher too, to put your OJ in and get it out of that can.

I was looking at that oj in a can too!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yuck! It's acidic Doe, don't leave it in the can! Not only that, it doesn't taste like real orange juice buy it frozen.
Just take everything out of your fridge, and put the pieces of the fridge that are removable in the sink. Or fill a veggie bin with soapy water and put them in there. All you really need it plenty of hot slightly soapy water. A dishpan or a pot with hot soapy water, and a rag, not a sponge. Wring out your rag often, and at the end rinse the rag very very well, wring it out good and go over it one last time to remove all the excess water. Check the very bottom under the bins last.
Gawd I'm such a freaking mom, grrr.

Except for putting sheets back on bed, bedroom is done. It seems so much more spacious in there now!
Now, on to the refrigerator.
