It's a shame that so many schools are refusing this not to be heard at school.
Even though I had a womanizing, alcholic, non- child support paying ex-husband
I was grateful for his encouragement and supportful "speeches" to our kids
to do well in school.
We may not have agreed on many things but we did agree on that.
There are many parents that don't feel the need for the President's encouragement, support, and empathy,
their kids will do well without it, but
many parents, teachers, principals, administrators and students will welcome this support and attention.

I don't see anything political in that speech, let alone any "socialist adgenda". Just the President encouraging kids to be the best they can be.
