it's amazing the double standard's and pure hypocrisy Dubs can produce, yes I've seen so called Dubs in good standing walk out of movie theaters and switch channels on their tv, only to see the same dubs in their own home's watch the most violent/filth/bad language tv programmes/ movies imaginable, they never cease to amaze me, elders/family members etc.

Remember the film Wargames in the 80's. My dad was studying at the time and had a few JW's around to watch it.
The following days there was a big hoo-hah, apparently they felt uncomfortable, but didn't want to leave through fear of upsetting my dad. The word 'b*st*rd' was said 3 whole times!! And a kissing scene too!!
A couple of weeks later those same JW's came around to watch Gandhi, and my dad had to ask them if that was ok for them. Afterwards it was discussed that although the word 'b*st*rd' was used again, that because it was a factual film it was a natural part of the story, whereas in Wargames it was said for the effect.
The conclusion therefore was that the word 'b*st*rd' in gandhi was acceptable, but the same word 'b*st*rd' in Wargames was not.

Actually jookbeard and i didnt have a row when we spoke it was pretty good....but on here it does seem like he doesnt quite like me lol......im not offended though.....as jookbeard said i have a good chin...thats where it all goes,on the chin!!! haha....enjoy ya day guys...

I remember watching a magic show on TV and the magician passed through the Great Wall of China. My Witness parents said that was "Demonised." Then I saw on tv, "Magics greatest secrets revealed" It showed how it was done. I ashure you no demons were involed.

my daughters had close friends between age of about 11 to 13. They were not allowed to watch any Disney movies like Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty. Their father reprimanded me because we had the movie ET, told me it would cause all kinds of "demonized behaviour" in my home. So basically i wasn't allowed to let them watch any movies when they were at my house. He also had them trained to fast forward through certain parts of the few movies they were allowed to watch.
