The whole "sin against the holy spirit" scam is nothing more than a hoax designed to make people afraid to spread the fact that those religions are nothing more than scams. The whole "Original Sin" doctrine, the common denominator of all Christian and Muslim religions, is nothing more than a scam intended to get people dependent on those religions and keep them there. Anyone that exposes this scam is obviously a threat to every one of those religions (and there are lawmakers that would happily do that in order to get people to serve their country instead of the religions). They use this to prevent those still inside religions from examining whether it could be a scam--keeping people trapped within religion.
What they call "sin against the holy spirit" is nothing more than exposing the scam of Original Sin, as well as that God's delivering us is nothing more than another scam designed to keep people from being happy now. God and religion keep people distressed, so they can have something to "deliver" us from. Of course, that "deliverance" comes with a price (allegiance to that particular religion), and the religion gains the money from it. God gets to see His creatures suffer from His distressing them, and not making progress because they are trying to meet the conditions for being "delivered".
Due to the fact that, if enough people saw that these common denominators of religion are all scams, they would not want to stay in religion, they have declared exposing such doctrines as scams as "sin against the holy spirit". It has done the job in keeping us religious, and keeping God in control of the human race (and people from making headway in scientific areas like medicine and alternative energy).

One commits the "unforgivable sin"... sin ("blasphemy") against the Holy Spirit when one purposefully or unrepentently:
1. Blames the Holy Spirit for something done by Satan or a bad spirit – Book of Job
2. Credits Satan or a bad spirit with something done by the Holy Spirit - Matthew 12:24
3. Takes undue credit for something done by the Holy Spirit – Numbers 20:12
4. Tries to fool, lie to, hide from, deceive, trick, or play false to the Holy Spirit – Genesis 3:8-12; Acts 5:3
5. Tries to "purchase" the FREE gift of holy spirit (which is poured out by Christ, the Holy Spirit – 2 Corinthians 3:16) with money or some other thing of earthly value so as to have authority over its power and/or use it for personal gain and/or glory – Acts 8:18-24
6. Asks for and receives the FREE gift of God’s holy spirit (which is poured out by Christ, the Holy Spirit)… and then uses its power(s) for personal gain and/or a bad motive/purpose. (NOTE: For most who ask for holy spirit but don't receive it, this is why: they do not ask for/want it for the “spiritual” purpose of building up the Body of Christ, which is its SOLE purpose, but for “earthly” purposes such as "proof" of God's existence, or personal gain and/or glory. Such ones receive nothing because their true goal… which has nothing to do with God, and thus, nothing to do with the power(s) OF the spirit… is already manifest.) – Acts 8:18, 19; James 4:3
7. Hypocritically "shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men," etc. - Matthew 23:13-35
“Apostasy” (i.e., immorally standing away from), however, is not a sin against the Holy Spirit, per se. It depends on whom/what you are standing away from. The Jews accused Paul of apostatizing from Moses because of his teaching regarding circumcision and other Jewish customs. The WTBTS considers anyone who doesn’t stick to their teachings as an “apostate.” If, however, like the man Judas one has seen EVIDENCE of the operation of holy spirit, so that one KNOWS that the person dispensing its power(s) IS “from God,” and yet, denies such one, or turns such one over to his/her enemies to be killed… for personal gain/glory… one has sinned against the Holy Spirit - Acts 21:21; John 17:12
Even so, apostasy is not necessarily an “unforgivable” sin. The nation of Israel apostatized from the Most Holy One of Israel. By means of the Prophet Isaiah, the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, called Israel “an apostate nation.” Meaning, the entire nation immorally stood away from Him. And yet, as Paul wrote, “… a dulling of sensibilities has happened in part to Israel until the full number of people OF THE NATIONS has come in, and in THIS manner ALL Israel will be saved. For God has shut them ALL up together in disobedience, that He might show ALL of them mercy.” That is why the Apostle John not only saw 144,000 “out of every tribe of the sons of Israel,” but a “great crowd out of ALL nations, tribes, peoples and tongues,” including those of Israel NOT of the 144,000, “standing BEFORE the throne [of God]” and “rendering Him SACRED (i.e., “priestly”) service day and night in His temple” -Isaiah 10:6; Romans 11:25, 26, 32; Revelation 7:4, 9, 15; 5:9, 10
Bottom line: the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, is slow to anger and merciful, and shows mercy upon whomever He wishes to show mercy. He is not arbitrary or exacting, but understands what we are made of, because He sent His Son to live the same life we are. True, we are in a different time period, but there really isn’t anything “new” under the sun. For all of our technological advances, etc., we all still eat, sleep, work, build homes, love, laugh, have children, cry… and die. Just as earthling man has been doing since Adham.

You worry to much about the unforgivable sin. You know it will take far worse sins than giving in to "lust of the body"(have no idea how to proberly translate that, it means sex anyway :)" for you to be without forgivness
That is if you still believe in the Jw´s truth, if you do, you know that forgivness is within reach. Think about the story about the lost son
People have done far worse, don´t worry, and good luck.

"Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" is mentioned by name only in the first three Gospels Matthew 12:31 Mark 3:29 Luke 12:10
The sins committed are the same in the first two accounts, that is crediting the work of the Holy Spirit to Beelzebub or Satan, agreed.
24 But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, "It is only by Beelzebub, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons."
22 And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said, "He is possessed by Beelzebub! By the prince of demons he is driving out demons."
The sin of the third Gospel is slightly, "speaking a word against" is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.
10 And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
There are other sins against the Holy Spirit such as lying, quenching or taking undue credit for the work of the Holy Spirit but there is no suggestion that these constitute "blasphemy against" and are unpardonable sins. Indeed, Simon in Acts 8 is told to "repent of this wickedness and pray to the Lord. Perhaps he will forgive you" so the sin is obviously pardonable. Interesting how Simon misses the point and asks someone else to pray for him rather than praying himself!24 Then Simon answered, "Pray to the Lord for me so that nothing you have said may happen to me."
Anyhow, my own feeling is that "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" can also constitute mocking (as opposed to quenching or discrediting i.e. call false, not unholy) the work of the Holy Spirit although I have no "proof text" for this. Have a look on YouTube and you will see mockers of the Holy Spirit a plenty, that is for sure.

Out of curiosity, taking into account what was posted by AGuest, do those people that balme God for bad things that happen to them, that say that God is punishing them, are they blaspheming the HS? and if so, are they commiting a mortal sin?
