I like the idea that your mum sat on the floor with him,awww how kind. I love hearing kids talking in their baby talk at the hall.....and i love having them sit with me although in one congregation i had some strange looks when a sisters grandson asked could he sit with me...a few said after the meeting to me that i shouldnt have let him distract me!!! i wasnt distracted,i totally had a great time with him, drawing pics together brilliant!!

They weren't telling me to discipline at that age, but they said for the future. I guess it was to help prevent problems?
That sounds so uplifting and loving on the part of the brothers. It sounds like you feel they have your best interest and that of your daughter's at heart and surely they just want to nip future problems in the bud. Good, wonderful, loving advice from their heart!

hi guys....yes went to meeting before my back got this bad.....was proberbly 2 month ago?? No wasnt born a JW but did have some negative imput as a child from JW. BC if child or baby makes noise escorted to back room??? NO!!!!! wot!!!!!!! do you mean they would lovingly ask you to take the child to settle him/her down??

From what my mom told me if was more annoyed looks to shut up the baby...then they didn't like her means of calming him down so they told her she can't do it that way. I was not there...but she has no reason to make it up to me.

no, no not saying dont believe any of you...meant cant believe this goes on and they(the brothers) arent told by elders that they should be understanding. Im so shocked...honestly i dont know what to say. I wish i was there when this went on,im totally stunned.

Just glad Jesus never sent the kids away because of noise!!! AE is shocked.
