Well the only thing that comes to my mind was I was made to feel I was crazy and irresponsible just because I could not give up my love for baseball and football..............I really think I was hated.

Was a family in the hall that took their kids to every flippin meeting. Kids' high school graduation...meeting. Sick...meeting. Contagious...meeting.

One time out in service it started to snow really hard and we were working in the sticks. (rural territory) And someone asks if we needed help and if we were lost. Well, an elderly pioneer from the back answered , "We're looking for lost sheep." Of course, this person had no idea what she was talking about. And we wonder why everyone thinks we're nuts. And sometimes, just how some of the ones in the hall drive, you're putting your life in danger just getting in the car with them.

I was 12 and working with a married 23yr old sister on the doors one day, when she started doing her presentation to a creepy looking man. Before we knew it, he'd lunged out and grabbed her boob!! She looked at his hand, then at me...and then she said 'thankyou for your time' and we walked off quickly. I was in such shock. She should've belted him one...lol

I have gone out in field circus during a snowstorm where the snow kept clogging the windshield wipers. (I would get out and clear the snow about every 5 minutes.) They decided to cut it short that day after about an hour--it was only myself and one other person providing the car.

I have also seen people go out in field circus while they were very tired. They just didn't feel like going out that day (some were recently sick from the flu), and "had" to be out there to get their time in. Trouble is, it is dangerous to drive while that tired, and I have on more than one occasion seen them get their flu back from doing that. And that's in the city, without the dangerous back roads and mountain drives found in so many rural territories.

I remember a sister, who'd had a tooth extracted, going door to door with her head wrapped up like a mummy!

It was a sight to behold.

My husband insisted that we go to the doors even if they had no trespassing sings. We have had guns drawn on us and shot up in the air. Scarred the hell out of me but my husband would still go back because that was what Jehovah demanded of us and we did not know for sure if they really meant that they truly did not want us there they might have just been having a bad day. OH MY GOD.

When I look back at what I have been through in this religion I am so sad.
