I've seen Blue Plate...
Speaking of Louisiana..... Tabasco
We have Texas Pete in NC....yea yea.. a hot sauce made in NC named Texas...go figure
But when I was in Mississippi I had some hot sauce that was the best...I've not seen it anywhere else and I can't remember the name now...

Juneteenth celebrates freedom from slavery but has evolved to celebrate more than just that. If I remember right, it has to do with the date when slaves in TX first learned about the emancipation proclomation...

Define Yankee, please. My definition is north of the Mason Dixon, and east of the Mississippi. I have lived on the west coast all my life and I don't consider myself either one. Yankees are very distinct from the folks out west.
