Judging by the title of this thread, that is a question better directed to you, college boy. Not that I believe you are a law student.
Why the thread on stool? Did you hit your head and a turd fall out, shitforbrains?
NO!
Not that I believe you are a law student.
I've spent the last two years wishing I wasn't.

Contrary to what they tell you, student loans are dischargeable under bankruptcy in certain circumstances and certain circuits.

Because of changes to the bankruptcy laws in 1998 and the reform of 2005, you will not be able to discharge your debt in a chapter 7 bankruptcy-- Unless you have certain hardships. Guess what? Having to pay back your student loan does not qualify as a hardship.
You may be able to pay off a portion under Chapter 13 bankruptcy--chapter 13 is where you make monthly payments.
Stop believing everything disreputable law firms put out on Google. And, if you have learned anything in law school, you should already know that.
You need to consult an attorney about what can and cannot be discharged in bankruptcy before you start counting on the courts to save you from your loans. And no matter your status at law school, you aint no attorney. You are cute, but you aint no attorney.
