millenial reign

    May you have peace!

My Lord does not have a "millenial reign." His rulership does not last a mere 1,000 years, but is an "indefinitely lasting" rulership.

It is the CO-rulershp that lasts 1,000 years. My Lord began his rule in 30CE when he entered before the Most Holy One of Israel, JAH of Armies, and offered up his blood as a complete sacrifice. He was instantly INAUGURATED and INSTALLED as king. From that moment, he was seated at the right hand of the Most Holy One of Israel... and began ruling from there… at that time… although his enemies still exist. This is when God subjected ALL things under his feet, except God Himself. Daniel 7:14; Revelation 20:4c; Hebrews 5:9 (see fnt. NWT Ref. Bible); Psalm 110:1; 1 Corinthians 15:25; Matthew 28:18

His rulership commences with him preparing a "place" for those who belong to him in his Father's "house." That "house" consists of people... Ephesians 2:22; Revelation 21:9-21; 21:14; Ephesians 2:20; Revelation 3:12

He is "preparing that place," by "subduing"... or teaching PEACE... to those who belong to him. He does this by means of an outpouring of holy spirit. When such ones "learn" peace (via the "fruits of God's holy spirit - Galatians 5:29)... they are "prepared" so that God and Christ can come and "make [their] abode"... or reside... in such one. In this way, they are added to the "house" of God. John 14:23

Since his enemies and ours, Satan and Death, still exist while he is doing this, however, he is subduing... "in the midst of his enemies." Psalm 110:2; 1 Corinthians 15:25

When he returns, he gathers his chosen ones, both those who have died, and those who have not died. The former, he resurrects to spirit bodies (the “first” resurrection) at the same time that he changes the latter to spirit bodies. Thus, “he that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life; and everyone that is living and exercises faith in me will never die at all.” 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17

Such ones are taken to the spirit realm where they are joined to him (“married”) in spirit. Thus, he and they become ONE SPIRIT… as a man and wife become one flesh. Satan is abyssed. Revelation 19:7; 20:1-3

After the marriage takes place, New Jerusalem “comes down out of heaven” TO THE EARTH, meaning, the sons of God ARE REVEALED… and all of these, Christ and those who belong to him, his “Bride”… sit down on thrones to begin separating the “sheep” from the “goats.” The “sheep” will be granted entry to the “marriage feast”; the “goats” will be prohibited from entry and thus must remain “outside” the Holy City [of New Jerusalem]. This process takes “a thousand years.” Revelation 21:2; Romans 8:19; Revelation 20:4; 19:11-16; 5:9, 10; Matthew 25:31-46; Revelation 21:9-21

At the end of the 1,000 years Satan is loosed and goes out to mislead the goats (Gog) and the spirits that sinned (Magog) into thinking they can come against and gain access into the Holy City. Why? Because if they can get “inside” they can eat from the Tree of Life, which is in the MIDST of the City… and live forever. That City, again, is people… as is the Tree of Life, which is Christ, the True Vine, the Root of Jesse. Satan misleads them into thinking that they can access Christ… through his people. The MOST Holy One of Israel, however, does not let that happen. Rather, He allows them to get CLOSE (gathered to the place… called Harmaggedon)… in preparation for HIS War (the War of the Great Day of God Almighty)… which culminates in fire coming from HIM… and destroying these, Gog and Magog. Satan is thrown into Gehenna. Revelation 20:7-10; Revelation 16:14, 16

After this, Christ HANDS THE KINGDOM BACK OVER TO THE FATHER… 1 Corinthians 15:24

And THEN Judgment Day begins (and it is NOT set at 1,000 years):

    a. The MOST Holy One of Israel sits down on HIS throne; Revelation 20:11; Daniel 7:9

    b. And He is given two (2) sets of scrolls; Revelation 20:12; Daniel 7:10

    c. The SECOND resurrection occurs; Revelation 20:5, 12, 13; Ezekiel 37:1-14

    d. These are either given life… or judgment and condemnation, resulting in everlasting destruction; Revelation 20:12, 13, 15

    e. And the “last enemy” Death is brought to nothing; Revelation 20:14; 1 Corinthians 15:26

After which the kingdom is given FULLY over to Christ… who, because he now FULLY INHERITS the kingdom… moves from the RIGHT HAND of God… ONTO GOD’S THRONE… from which he rules… forever and ever. Because, through HIM (Christ)… the MOST Holy One of Israel, God, JAH of Armies… will all things IN all and TO all. Daniel 7:13, 14; 2:44; Psalm 110:1; Revelation 21:22, 23; 22:1

I hope this helps, dear ssn587… and may you have ears to hear and get the sense of these things, if you so wish… such that perhaps you will hear the Spirit and the Bride which KEEP saying “Come! Take life’s water… holy spirit from God, the MOST Holy One of Israel, whose name is JAH of Armies… which spirit is poured out from the innermost parts of the ROCK-MASS that is His Son and Christ, my Lord, master and savior, JAHESHUA MISCHAJAH… FREE!”

Servant to the Household of God, Israel, and all those who go with… and a slave of Christ,

    SA

The notion of a messianic millennial epoch appears only in Revelation, although there may have been some precedents for it in the Apocalypse of Weeks (second century BC) and the 500 years allotted to the temporary Messiah in the contemporaneous apocalypse of 4 Ezra. The millennium also appears to have been an innovation in Zoroastrian eschatology, and there is a plausible theory that the millennium in Revelation 20 has its origins in Zoroastrian thought (see JT Sanders' article in NTS, 2004). The Zoroastrian connection is especially clear earlier in Revelation, as ch. 11 and 13 closely parallel content from the Oracles of Hystaspes, a Zoroastrian apocalypse similar to Revelation that was banned in the Roman Empire but which was popular among Christians (as Justin Martyr attests).

1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. 24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27 For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

The thought that a specific amount of time has been allocated for Christ's administration is found here. Putting a literal or symbolic number of years on it does not change this. The Revelation simply gives us a vision of this but does not originate such thinking. Words that seem to indicate permanency do not always mean what we think. Further events and instructions come along the way they did for the Jews which brought an end to their Law. And this was no easy thing for them to accept as it changed their way of worship drastically. We can expect that further information will be given in the future to anyone that makes it this far. As for now we know all that we need to know to qualify and take advantage of this promise.

Revelation has been the most used book for cults. It could mean just about anything, according o the way you slant it. Christ was given all authority over everything when he was resurrected to heaven.

So why has NOTHING changed? People still suffer and die and the earth is far from peaceful. It's been almost 2000 years and nothing, nada. Did you ever wonder why it takes God or Christ so long to turn things around?

In the meantime, people continue to suffer. Does their suffering matter? So a thousand years is like a day to God, but what is it like to mankind? If the sins of mankind and death itself has been conquered, can we please just get on with it?

I am not trying to be blasphemous, just wonder when the feelings of us poor humans will take center stage and get some attention. I'm also not looking for excuses for the delay.

!000 year reign, sounds great, but even that won't solve the problems because they say there will be anther war after that. I just wish the heavenly side of this dilemma would get straightened out so the poor flesh and blood creatures can stop suffering the consequences of their disagreements.
