Do you think I didn't have friends die while I was in my 20's or 30's or when I was in my teens? Well, I did. But once I got into my 40's they started dropping like flies--especially my close friends I had had for 20+ years.

You're never prepared for it...even when you expect it.

I lost my best friend when I was 6. I've experienced death in my young age more than a child should ever have to. I continued to face it through my teen years, my twenties and on. I've seen friends and family die in violence, in accidents, in disease and suicide. Yet here I am in my 40s as well and it still hurts when I have to go to yet another funeral or visit a dying friend/family member.

When you're in your 40s I think you'll understand a little better what Robyn is experiencing. We really can't expect you to understand at your inexperienced age.

Yeah, of course little baby 22 year old jerk off here, doesn't understand & appreciate life enough yet to understand the pain of losing people. In fact, even losing people isn't enough to help me understand it. But someone a few more years & a few more deaths will give me all the understanding i need.
