I guess that now would be the ideal time to start some Christmas/Yule crafts.

Are you guys going to make anything for holidays coming up?

I'd like to start making the holidays more personal by making gifts instead of buying them.

Nice job on those pillows L-L, maybe one of those would help tame Shamus. I think Outlaw likes kitty cats.

Something I did one year for my niece that she absolutely loved: I bought a blank muslin apron at the craft store and bought a photo iron-on transfer kit. I printed a photo of my niece on the transfer and then ironed it onto the apron. She had a personalized apron and I bought her a cookbook, mixing cups, and mixing spoons.

I think this would be a great gift in particular if you could personalize the cookbook by making your own cookbook. You know, full of your absolute favorite recipes.

This gets me thinking about Christmas....!

Also, I did buy bird feeder kits last year and had the boys make bird feeders to give away (along with bags of bird seed) as Christmas gifts.

I'm drawing a blank for this year.

Do you think that peanut butter and seed bird feeders attract bees?

White Dove, I only put bird feeders out in the winter when there is no food for the birds and the bees kinda hibernate in their hives during the winter, so I really don't know.

Bees like the hummingbird feeders so it's possible.
