Snakes, I think Blondie is right. The snide remark about having to get married at the courthouse B.S., was just their Dub way of putting her down. Maybe if they weren't such biatches they could find their own man! These people need to seriously get a life. I can remember when something like would happen, everyone got so excited because they had someone to talk about. Stupidity, if you ask me.

I think if they come to your house again, you just just turn Toni loose on them.

Sounds like the witlesses are trying to bust it up. This is a potential threat to your livelihood--a couple of witlesses can waste lots of time that could have been used to serve other customers (real customers), and they are as likely as not to report to the boss either "rudeness" or wasted time. This is a blatant attempt on their part to either bust it up, get the soon-to-be spouse into the cancer, or both.

And this is not the first time I have heard of organized sabotage by the witlesses on businesses. I can remember when I was going in, there was this diner that the witlesses used to eat at. They would mob the place right in the middle of lunch hour, demand instant service so they could get back to the group in time, and be excessively demanding. This would crowd out the regular customers, and they often left either nothing or a waste of paper for a "tip" (and sometimes a bad service comment that was not deserved). This stressed out the employees, while the regular customers obviously could not gain access to the place. Once all the real customers had other lunch arrangements, the witlesses started a boycott of the place. Eventually, they had to close--because the witlesses came in and ruined the service for everyone else.

I think a talk with your spouse-to-be's boss is in order. Discuss that the witlesses are wasting her time on purpose, in an attempt to either bust up your relationship or get her into the cancer. The hope is that, the next time the witlesses show up to waste her time, they will find the store manager ready to kick them out of the place for disrupting customer service (which they are doing, whether or not they intend to).

That's BS!!! I say sick Shelly & Jackie on the bitch!!!! lol Although....I'm pretty sure Toni can hold her own! It does put her in a bad position, cause she is at work and that's probably why they are harrasing her there, knowing she will be kind to them. Toni could just talk to her manager and have the manager ask them to leave if they come back.

Sometimes the best way to put a halt to all of this intrusion is to get DFed, then they will be sacred of you and will keep a distance.

In this case a DF is a hidden blessing.

I would be happy to have you two go on the attack...LOL.... when are the 4 of us getting together for lunch? right now toni and I have sun/mon off.... and toni says she wants to have lunch with you jackie.... she bought your lunch the other day but was sad that she could not actually be there with us. she is finally getting out of her shell that she was in for 7 years. thank goodness she was never a dub.
