Many "faiths" put no emphasis on the son, but I assume you are refering to Christianity.
If you are so certain that Christianity is the way to go, doesn't the Bible put more emphasis on Jesus, at least after his arrival?

You are also asking a question that confronts us all: If the JW faith is not the one true religion and way to worship God then what is??

Isn't it better to be free to pursue your own spiritual path toward the answer than to put it to a consensus?

All you have to do at first is satisfy your own feeling that the JW faith is not the truth. After that, you are free to explore. Sure, it's a bit scarey not knowing, but that's okay. If God is not understanding that you were burned by the WT religion, and the world has so many conmen and misleading religions, that He will jump down your throat for not finding the real "truth" yet, then God isn't worth worshipping. If God is how Christianity pretty much says He is, then He will know that you have been in your lifelong spiritual search for truth. That should be good enough for him.

Hi, i was in your shoes when i walked away back in 2004. You just need to read about 5 books and you will be free. First read Crisis of Conscience, then read In search of Chrisitan Freedom, both written by Ray Franz a former governing body member. Then read Combating Cult Mind Control by Steve Hassan<- and excellent book that will open your eyes. Then read anything by Richard Dawkins, "the God delution" etc...

    YOU WILL FIND FREEDOM.
