I thought his speed was perfect.

Usually I get too bored to listen all the way through these type of videos because of the speaker being too slow.

However, I enjoyed this guy's presentation so much that I went to part 2, but sadly, I couldn't make it all the way through.

    Why?

    You got it.

    TOO SLOW!

I watched the whole video, heard every word and understood everything he was talking about. I am great at multi tasking. LOL

I have known this for a long time, When which is rare I get a ticket I always fight them in court. The reason ? Because our constitution says it all folks and the problem is, is this ! Most people do not know what our constitution say's or means at all. Maybe if someone said something it might ring a little bell in their heads but people just don't know what their rights as an American citizen are .

You would be amazed at how the judicial system screws people over, yes you are being screwed and they do it because they know you don't know it ! Read the Constitution of the United States , read your Bill Of Rights it is vital for Americans to know and understand them.

That was a good video but just a small drop in the bucket of the whole....

    Where is part 2?

I have wondered about "Everything you say can and will be used against you."

Turns out that NOTHING you say may be used FOR you!!!!

    WAC,

How myopic of you to say that. Consider hearing imparement and/or different learning styles. Some are better listening to brain buzzing, auctioneer speech, such as this, and some are not. I.Q. has nothing to do with it. That was just insulting. He would have gotten critiqued by his speech teacher for speed of pace. He needed to slow down. If the content was very good, like some here say, then I would have given him a 'B'.

I think he spoke fast because he had a limited amount of time to say what he wanted to say.

For more fast talking instruction....try listening to this youtube video, "Calculus in 20 minutes, part 1"

Thanks, the original video was very informative. Now I understand why my best friend is always telling me 'never talk to the police' (but he never explained so well just why not.)

I've seen the Calculus in 20 minutes video before, and it made sense... but I think I'll have to watch a few more times before I can really get it all. Damn differential equations and my parent's dislike for me "thinkin' you're so smart."

Elsewhere, that is a great video. In the UK we have the right to remain silent, that has really helped me understand why. Thanks for posting.

    Absolutely brilliant and 100% correct.

I think many of you have no real idea how true this is!

    IF you are brought to the attention of the police in relation to any crime;

    1) The police have little if any interest in the truth.

    2) You are with them; their only interest is gaining a conviction.

    3) Always get a reputable lawyer quickly and only then say anything.

This is from experience of a recent very high profile case.

This also applies to the UK

Innocent until proven guilty is what they say but it is actually guilty until proven inocent.

Yes you do have the right to remain silent and that would be used against you just as well for taking that right, they would say that you are trying to hide something. It would be easier to defend in court if that was all you said was I wish to remain silent.

If a person could make a video on why you should not talk to an elder in less then a half an hour would be short of a miracle, they play with the same rules only they make some up as they go along.

The elders sometime should pay a little closer attention what they are saying when they saying what Jesus said "But I say to YOU that everyone that keeps on looking at a woman so as to have a passion for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." and stop their damm witch hunting.
