They will never stop the teenagers from texting, using cell phones or computers.

I beleive most of the teenagers are just taking up space in a chair anyways and have no real interest in what's being said.

They listen to "No texting, cell phones and computers" and they hear, "blah blah blah".

I think they will have to allow cell phones. That is how they make sure the call they are headed to next is actually at home before they waste the time driving across town only to find out they are not home. However, they might make texting and computer use an issue, along with cell phones that are used aside from checking calls.

If they did this they may get some real service done, I never saw this. I thought the point of not calling was to be able to sit in the car and get to break time faster.

The piosneers in our very rural territory use cell phones to keep in touch with eachother, otherwise they would spend even more time hanging about doing nothing.

I think this kind of stupid over the top stuff is great, in my youth I started to disregard a lot of their idiotic ramblings, eventually I left, I think a lot of young people today will be saying the name of out4good3's friend Phuc Hue.

Field service is about putting in time, not contacting people.

Since leaving I've concluded that there is no human activity they do not see the need to control.

I don't think they're trying to say cells are wrong, just too time consuming.

The last Circuit Assembly programme I heard on the matter was complaining that teenagers were sending naked pictures of themselves to each other during the meetings when they should have been listening..........

It never would have happened in my day

Unfortunately, you increase the appeal of something by forbidding it. What Luddites the control-freaks in Brooklyn are! We all know that the more the GB tighten the noose, the more devious the rank and file become.

I have seen "Special Reports" in the media dealing with the same issues.
