I don't mind the cross, how can I?
Even Paul "boasted" about the cross.
I do however have issues of images of Jesus nailed to the cross, or the images of him all bleeding and busted ala "passion of the Christ".
Regardless of what it may have truly looked, the image of the cross should be enough.

But it does make me think...
If it were Halloween and the kids were asked to draw something and instead of pumpkins and Casper the friendly ghost a kid drew images of Vlad the Impaler (Dracula) running people through with a stake (impalement), wouldn't there be concern over such a distrubing visual?
