    for me positives;

    getting married again

    having a lovely baby daughter

    another one on the way

maintained employment in a very unstable end of the decade

    enjoyed good health.

enjoyed the failed prophecies and lies of the WTS run out of time

    negatives

    lost my father in 2005

lost a very good friend in 2000

still enduring the stupid shunning policy of the WTS.

This time of year a lot of folks look back on how their lives have panned out, have to say all in all it's been a fine decade.

A lot of positives children born, Started degree changed career direction. Negatives it's all a matter of perspective, nothing so bad I couldn't overcome it. The quote "that which doesn't break you makes you stronger" has proved true.

Hubby gone from active JW and MS to Elder to fader so all good except the elder phase. I woke up to politics in the organisation and was appalled when someone wanted hubbys privilege so badly he went to CO and told him we were a bad example. CO came to lunch and afterwards recommended brother didn't get any major privileges as he obviously had a few problems of his own. At the time it was horrid and embarrasing now I couldn't care less I see them for what they are .

Looking forward to next decade now we have so much to look forward to and have discovered some really nice people on line.

The best thing to happen for me is I woke up to see the "truth isn't the "truth"

It kept getting better with each passing year!

While I still have to deal with dubbie-stuff the freedom has been so life changing that there are no words to describe.....

I finally can look ahead without 'imminent' fear and expect 'great things'!

A decade consisting of several bereavements, extra responsibilities and sacrifices, painful awakenings and frequent anxieties, interspersed with sprinklings of good stuff.

    I quit!

It has been good overall. About three years ago was the hardest with deaths in the family and other issues. I have to admit I don't do physical things as much or as good as I used to at the beginning of the decade but that is to be expected and at least I can still do them.

I hope this year is a good one for you Finally Free. You deserve a really good one.

In the last decade I finished school, worked in 8 different jobs, been engaged twice, got married (to the second one after 8 years), I've had 3 children, lived in 3 different states of Oz, owned 5 different cars (and I still dont have my full license yet lol), gone from fat to thin more times than I care to remember, I've been drunk four times, owned 6 fake christmas trees (i donate and buy a new one each year), had 5 pet dogs, 3 cats, 5 budgies ( that all looked the same and one at a time- dont ask!), and I lost count of the goldfish.... and I have moved house 14 times....

Damn I've been busy LOL cant wait to report in 10 years time when I am 36 *no wonder I feel sooo old!*

    # Wait- I left out 18 months of studying WT trash.... Oooops!
