I made 25 dozen Neiman Marcus cookies and put them in the deep freezer about a month ago. Tonight I made pumpkin roll, and tomorrow I'll be doing the pineapple crush cake.

I already did one batch last weekend. Peanut butter. They came out pretty good! Here's the recipe:
1/2 cup "spreadable" butter, or soft margarine (both are easier to blend than hard sticks!)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
------ cream those together, until the butter is well distributed -----
1-1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
----- blend these into the first group -----
Form the dough into balls about the size of a walnut (roll them in your hands, or use a melon scoop)
Press the balls down slightly against the cookie sheet with the tines of a fork, making a criss-cross pattern on top
----- Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375F -----
Makes about two dozen, depending on size
(Is anybody compiling a JWN holiday cookbook?)

Peanut butter is on the list, with a Hershey's kiss in the middle of each cookie. Pecan snowballs, cutout iced sugar cookies and a no bake one called Chocolate Christmas Treats that I found in the local paper.
I can't have a tree, but they can't stop me from baking cookies. I will definitely be sharing. Nobody seems to mind that.
