There was such great music in the 1960's and early 1970's it's hard to remember them all. Here are two great ones from that era.
In my lifetime there has been no period of less than a decade that has produced anywhere near the amount of great music that was produced in those years.

It's weird, you know, but today I have been grooving to the Shaggs. Totally atonal and horrible (not to mention the funny out-of-time drumming), but oddly compelling.

I was ahead of my time.... I'm more of a 90's music guy trapped in a 70's body. But, you have to have these 3 songs in any 60's/70's collection. My basketball career also missed the 3 point shot.

For the record, I was trying to showcase 2 great songs from that era that are rarely heard today, not the hundreds of great songs that are. I should have mentioned that I guess.
