Disfellowshipping? Yes, 1 Cor 5...1 Thes 3:14 speaks of it as well. Shunning, such as that practiced by the JWs, mandated by the GB? Nowhere is this authorized in the Bible..although it is precedented ny the religious leaders of Jesus day.
